Stomach Hard Peeing Alot
"(Letter from Dan from prison of Health, February 6, 2011)
" The ground on which you are on fire "August Spies
its judges have always humans oppress other humans. On this basis, that is cursed this civilization born of confinement. Domination, whether economic, gender or legal governing relations between people, so much for so long that simply invent other reports, live relations differently, want a future free of all authority and act for this purpose is a "crime." Friendships are transformed into "criminal association", associations of individuals without hierarchy becomes "terrorist organizations" with all the fantasies of power: leaders, implementers, theoreticians, etc.. From France to Chile through Greece, Italy and many others where organized anarchists and anti-authoritarians to finish with the relations of domination, in front, repression also organize itself with its military-legal arsenal. This in itself is not so surprising, in truth, it is as old as our ideas and our desires to live. Villainous laws of the Belle Epoque in France until the crime of anarchism in Italy these days, it has always served as a social scarecrow. If I hear so much of anarchism is that I myself am an anarchist, but this observation applies to many categories fantasized power: " bands ", the" thugs ", the" anarcho-autonomous ", the" Roma "and other" ethnic gangs hooded "so dear to media villains.
In fact, this is attributed to these categories assembled from scratch for electoral and social practices such as ancient and widespread social retribution, sabotage, wall expression and other means of expression belong to anyone but those whom society pushes to react against it. We can then confine this practice to a few "hotheads" better to forget it all belongs to them to regain control of their lives. Then come into play unions, politicians, spokesmen and mythical figures for delaying the rage of the oppressed, to dispossess each of his own rebellion and convert it into power and money for some.
We are all in jail. Who can deny that without bad faith to work, locked in a classroom, factory, supermarket, this is not a prisoner? Who does not feel, from the top of his cage hen nested in blocks of flats that we block the horizon, that his life is a succession of imprisonments different? That still manages to avoid the gaze of the barbed wire, fences, security doors, screens that populate more and more places where we are and crawl, work in the subway, its wide open spaces of 15m2 hypermarkets. This company is a vast prison that contains within it another prison, which itself contains other. Outside the threat of jail in the threat of solitary confinement.
In this cold and dreary life, however, will raise some of the flames of anger. Recently, Tunisia, Algeria or Egypt, they came warm fire in our hearts that will not go at once repression.
We wanted to express our solidarity with all the rioters who defy the order in defiance of threats and bullets, for we also want to end this world of money and power, we want to live. Like a tiny contribution to the cries of anger that crossed the Mediterranean in recent months, we wrote a few tags on the gloomy walls of the neighborhoods where we live, against the rulers against democratic and dictatorial reign of the money and states.
patrols of the BAC that we had spotted several times since then challenge us around 3am 'street Tourtiller (XX). After a short night at the police twentieth, the anti-terrorist brigade criminal takes over and goes back at 36 Quai des Orfevres after searches of our homes to update their files. We learn then they put us back on a series of tags against the Red Cross and its pervasive involvement in the international and deportation machine and encamp progressively poorer. We also continued refusal to file-creating DNA and fingerprints as well as for non-compliance of judicial review that Oliver and I were already on the back. In February 2010, the SAT, yet she had stopped us for our participation in the fight against the deportation machine. We had been indicted along with several other colleagues for alleged sabotage of ATMs.
It was then and still today, to punish and isolate individuals for some of the struggles and desires shared by many others.
During our incarceration, the prosecutor was very clear: "We must put a final halt to the anarcho-autonomous and give a lesson to Mr. Sayag before it enters the slope of a challenge even more violent. "If the state
hounds on us today is that we never ceased, and very visibly, to bring our ideas to the streets, talk of anarchy for those who have never heard of, and proudly express our solidarity with the rebels around the world, and it is not secret to many people.
I am neither "innocent" or "guilty" of the facts alleged against me. I am an anarchist, in that all practices that seek to free themselves from relationships of domination and not duplicate, get my solidarity, or that such practices are not mine.
To all those who do not cry for these poor walls we have decided to talk to everyone too who feel chained, when others are, I send you revolutionary greetings and call you do not mark a truce in the struggle for freedom that is yours, and which is also mine.
To all the servants of this state of things, your prison does not dry out my tears nor diminish our joy to work processing reports.
I reaffirm my solidarity with the rebels who are agitated without dreaming of replacing dictatorships with democratic domination. And all prisoners of the planet that does not give up and do not separate not by inventing other categories such as "political prisoner". Sidi Bouzid in Athens, Bal-el-Oued in Santiago de Villiers-le-bel the outskirts of Rio, our revolts generate our solidarity, and vice versa.
